A ProShop alternative for small machine shops
ProShop is a deep system for precision shops: ERP, shop floor (MES) and a full quality system with calibration, tool and fixture management and inspection data, priced by users after a call. If you're an AS9100 shop that wants all of that in one place, it's a strong choice. If you're a 5 to 30 person build-to-print shop that mainly needs orders, the schedule, paperwork and buyers who stop calling, Tehdo does that for $500 a month for the whole shop and is usually running in a day.

When ProShop is the better pick
- You're AS9100 or ISO 13485 and want calibration, inspection data and quality records inside the ERP.
- You want tool and fixture management and visual work instructions.
- Your contracts require a vendor with a government offering and CMMC work.
When Tehdo is the better pick
- Your biggest headaches are retyping POs, chasing late jobs and answering "where's my order?"
- You want every person on the floor to have a login without a per-user price.
- You want to be live this week, not after a project.
- You'd like to see it first: click around a sample shop with no signup.

Questions
How much does ProShop cost?
ProShop doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page says pricing is customized to your shop, 'based on Users', with a standard or government option. Ask for a written quote for every person who will use it.
Does Tehdo have a quality system like ProShop?
No. Tehdo keeps certs, inspection reports and C of Cs on the order and in the paperwork, and inspection can be a step on the route, but there's no calibration tracking, NCR/CAPA workflow or inspection-data module. If you need those in the ERP, ProShop is the better fit.
