$500 a month for the whole shop. Everyone in the shop gets their own login. Setup, importing your open orders and support from the founders are included. No contract: stop any month.

What's in it
- Quoting from the STEP file and the drawing. A won quote becomes the order.
- POs in from email, PDF or Excel: Tehdo reads the lines, you check and confirm.
- Your own work steps on every part, each person's tasks on a phone or the shop PC, a job clock, printed travelers.
- A planning board with every job on every machine, setup times included, and one click to lay out the schedule.
- Partial shipments, packing slips and invoices from the same order.
- A link for each buyer that shows where their order is, no login, and status emails that go out only when you approve them.
- Files and 3D preview on the job, and an ITAR vault for controlled drawings (encrypted in your browser; we can't open them).
- Revenue view and Excel export of everything.
What isn't in it (yet)
No material requirements planning (MRP) and no QuickBooks sync. Keep QuickBooks for the books; we'll show you on the call how invoices get there. Finnish shops can sync invoices to Netvisor.
How $500 flat compares to per-user pricing
Most shop software is priced per user or quoted after a sales call. Two that publish prices, checked on October 30, 2026:

Questions
Is it per user?
No. One price for the whole shop, whether three people use it or thirty.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We load your open orders from your spreadsheet or old system and set up your work steps with you as part of the $500.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month and can stop any month. Export your orders, customers and invoices to Excel first.
Is there a free trial?
