What tehdo.com records when you visit, who handles it, and how to have it deleted. Updated November 1, 2026.

Who we are

Tehdo is made by Helios One Oy, Servin Maijan tie 10 B 19, 02150 Espoo, Finland (business ID 3596623-5). Questions or requests: touko@heliosone.fi.

Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to see how the site and the sample shop are used. It starts recording once you move the mouse, scroll, tap or type. It records the pages you open, what you click, which sections you look at, the link you came from (including any ?ref= on it), your browser and device, and an approximate location from your IP address. PostHog stores an identifier in your browser so a later visit is recognized as the same visitor.

Session replay

PostHog also records a replay of your visit: the page as you see it, mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and what you type into forms, except password fields. We watch replays to find what's confusing and fix it.

What you send us

When you use a form (for example "Start with your own orders"), what you enter is stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and emailed to us: your email address, your note, and any file you attach, such as a PO or a spreadsheet. We use it to contact you and to set up Tehdo with you. Your email address is then linked to your analytics and replay history on this site. Only the two founders, Touko Ursin and Victor Ocampo, see the files. Please don't send controlled (ITAR) drawings through the form.

If you book a call, Google Calendar handles the booking.

The sample shop

The sample shop at tehdo.com/demo runs in your browser. What you change there isn't saved on our servers and is gone when you reload, but analytics and session replay record your visit like the rest of the site.

Who else handles it

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep what you send us for as long as it's useful for working with you. Email touko@heliosone.fi to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, including your analytics and replay history. If you're in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Finland, that's the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
