Try it in the sample shop →Each supplier gets a link to their open lines. They confirm a date, or move it and say why. You see which job a late PO hits before your customer asks.
See a late plater order in the sample →Every job on every machine on one board, setups included. One click lays out the schedule around each machine's load, and anything that will ship late is marked.
Open the board in the sample →From the RFQ to the invoice: quote, plan, make, ship and bill from the same order.

Why VTN Manufacturing runs on Tehdo
“This is amazing work. This is what I really wanted.”
VTN, a build-to-print shop in San Jose making parts for the Navy and industry, ran its orders on notebooks and a spreadsheet. It moved onto Tehdo in September and went live the afternoon we visited. POs come in by email, every part moves through VTN's own steps, and buyers see each change as it happens.
Your people, from a phone or the shop PC. Each person sees their own tasks; starting the job clock or finishing a step is one tap. If your guys won't touch a screen, print the traveler and have one person mark steps done from the office.
They don't sign up or remember a password. The link opens their open lines and confirming a date is one tap. For the ones who never answer, reminders go out and you see every line that's unconfirmed or late.
Keep it for the books. There's no QuickBooks sync yet: today invoices go into QuickBooks by hand or from Tehdo's Excel export. If you send a lot of invoices a month, that matters, and we'll tell you so on the call.
If you switch, we move your open orders over from an export or spreadsheet. If you keep it, you'd be entering orders twice, and we'll tell you straight on the call whether that's worth it for you.
Most of the work is ours: we load your open orders from your spreadsheet and set up your steps with you. VTN went live the afternoon we visited. JHK-Koneistus moved off its old production software in a day.
Tehdo is not CMMC certified. Controlled drawings go in the ITAR vault: encrypted in your browser, and we never hold the key. POs and part numbers are not in the vault. If your contracts require CMMC Level 2 for every system, talk to us first and we'll tell you straight whether it fits.

Mill certs with heat numbers, your outside processors' certs, inspection and FAI reports and C of Cs live on each order, and the heat number prints on the traveler. There's no built-in quality system: no NCR or corrective-action workflow and no calibration records. If you need those inside the ERP, ProShop is built for it, and we'll say so.
